All orders are subject to 24-48 process time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen.
No returns are allowed. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from Private Collection Consignment, you may contact us immediately of receiving the item so we can work something out for you.
